What are your hours?
Our phones are available from 8:30am to 4:00pm. If necessary we’re happy to book special appointments in from 6:00am, and our last appointment booked will generally be 3:30pm. After hours bookings are subject to availabily, so please give us a call.
You will be asked to leave a message with your details, and we will call you back to discuss your issue.
Will I be charged a call out fee?
No, we don’t have a call out fee, but in general, we do not attend site for free. If we come to you, it will be to provide a solution to your plumbing issue.
You supply free quotes, don't you?
Will you come out the same day?
We prioritise all emergency work, and we triage each case individually. We can attend the majority of our jobs within 24 hours, and are happy to fit in with your schedule.
Where do you service?
We are Mandurah based and prioritise work within 20km of Mandurah central.

What payment options do you have?
We will invoice your job by email, and invoices are due 1 day from billing. You can pay online by card (please be informed that there is a surcharge, calculated before processing), bank transfer or cheque. Our plumbers will not accept cash in any circumstance. Payment plans are available strictly if organised prior to commencement of work.
Are you gas plumbers?
We certainly are. Ask us how we can help with your gas servicing, installation and repair needs.
